I don't know much of it, but it's kind of a slow tempo rap song but the female artist sounds reggae-like. The part I know goes something like,

"Ah ah ah ah ahh ahhhh" Which then repeats a bit. It's not Say Ahh by Trey Songz either. If anyone has any idea please reply, this is stuck in my head so bad.
