need help identify this song

I taped this song of key 103 (Manchester, UK) about 13 years ago, I love the song and have practically worn it out, but have never been able to identify the artist or the song name, despite doing an extensive internet search. Some words I can't identify but it goes more or less like this, it has a very long guitar introduction:

Turn your head
across the sea
wave your sorrow
wait for me.
And with my eyes I see
your face drifting slowly in this place

It has a chrous basically this line repeated

'Another day in the sun'.

Try "Another Day in the Sun" by the Moffs. They were an Australian band in the 1980's. You can find the song on a complilation CD "Tales from the Australian Underground" (2003) which numerous (Australian?) artists on it.

I lost my password for my tawvb ID so had to re-register. Than you so much atmaster for identifying the song, I checked the Moffs in the search engines and found they had a myspace, and it is the one.
