I need to find out the name of a band

Hi everyone!
I am new here, and am hoping you can help me.
I am trying to find out the name of a band. They have had at least a couple of albums come out in the last 5 years or so, and I really like them, I just cannot remember their name.
The lyric I know is this:

"I'm not the one who is so far away ...when I feel the snakebite enter my veins..."

Does anyone know who performs this song>?
