Im going crazy what is its name?

First i would like to state that i have OCD. I wanted to to give that bit of semi-usless information before i said that i have been thinking about this song for about 5 hours now after being reminded of the tune in the car. I listend to it around 4 - 5 years ago but i think its from 2000-2003 but i cant be sure. It is a soft more R&B + rock sound. It is about a guy who see's a girl in the store he works at all the time. I think he says clean up in AISLE 5 (or some other number) or he see's her in the aisle. I know this isnt much information but i have nothing else to go on.
