Watched Elizabethtown DVD. Snippet of music/song towards the end I think ....along lines of...

'Don't worry people are mean and sick sometimes... say things they don't mean???.... Don't worry, they're only words'.....

Any idea what the song is. Sure it wasnt complete. It came towards the end and I believe was part of an amalgamation of a number of tunes. Not easy for me to find and it was very meaningful.

Can anyone locate/tell me what disc/CD it's from/on & who's singing it?
