Sung by a baby?

Does anyone know the name of the song that was playing in the late 80s or early 90s the was sung by a baby? It went something like, "Oh lalalala...baby" and then he says something that sounds like "Gee you a small baby" but I know those aren't the real lyrics. My sister and I always sing that part even though we don't know the words. I'm trying too look it up but I'm having no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Could it be Michel'le? She sounded like a little child when she spoke and she had her first hit in 1990.
