hip hop heads please help figure this song out

I'm sorry I don't know any lyrics. But this is the info I do know. It came out '02-'05. It was a group I think from the south, they were not chart toppers but they did get airplay. The song had a dancing beat ( it was not crunk music and the hook sounded a lil bit country) The hook had a very catchy whistling. One part of the music video is they are at a carnival or fair grounds and they were dancing on the carousel. That's all I know I searched everywhere multiple forums, billboard... still no luck maybe someone here knows. And here is a link to me whistling the whistle part I know. I'm going to create my own thread in case this is not the song I'm looking for, but I figured I would bump Guam's thread in case it is. The song he seems to be looking for might be the one I need.

My song is from 2001, which is a bit off the time frame he states, but it was by a Southern rap group and had very catchy whistling. I'm almost sure one of the recurring lyrics was "them/those country girls, they rock my world", followed by the whistling. Again, a hip-hop song, Southernish style of rap from 2001. Any help would be appreciated!
