EURODANCE - "I'm ALive" or something

Hi, I remember I ehard a great Eurodance song maybe two or so years ago in Toronto on a station by Z103.5. In it a woman sings, and constantly something about " I'm Alive".

Theres more of the Eurodance than any singing to tell the truth.

At one point when she actually sings, she says something like:

"Looking back, I never................................
and then again
"Looking back, ....................................
and then right before the music starts again its something like
" I can feel it baby!".. And the music continues.

I'm sorry that I am leaving out a lot of the details, but it's all I know, so if somebody even has a clue, I'd be really happy to hear it.
