recent techno song

Hey guys, I need some help

My boss played this techno song for me today, and the name was 3 words and I remember the second word was World so it was "____ World ____" I have no idea who it's by or anything about it. The song is kind of slowish for techno and it has a synthetic whistling noise for the chorus. Any help you could offer would be much appreciated!!
