Help Please...

I am trying to find the title and artists of a folk-type song. It is primarily acoustic (I think,) and is a duet of a male singer and a female singer. The only lyrics I am totally sure about are, for the chorus, the two singers repeat "This is love" probably four times, after which is a lyric that might go "You and me and..." That's about all I know before I start making up my own lyrics...
