help me with this french song

hello, I was watching the french channel (tv5) and heard this beautiful song,
the only thing I could see was the title JULIEN, I have searched the web and
cant find any song with that title in french, a guy sings it, that's all I can say
hope somebody knows this song and can help me find it !!
