IMAX? President? Help!

I heard a song on a tv channel but I didn't pay attention to the video. All I remember is that the band members (4 or more) were dressed in a gothic-circus style. The song was similar to Muse's slower ones. I remember something like "I will be a president (...) It can be an accident". I thougt it was President by IMAX (I swear that I saw it on the screen... x_X) I looked for it but all I've found was Dresden Dolls's "Thirty Whacks", but I highly doubt that it's it... Help, anyone?

It could be Dresden Dolls. They like to dress in costume and on ocassion will add temporary members to their "duo". The lyrics fit as well.
