song help!R&B,Rap?

Well I saw the video for this song a long time ago and now is in my head and I want to know who sings it! I dont know exact words to it but it is something like this. (havent seen the song video in like 3-4years)

"Cause shes my lady, thats what im waiting for" woman sings this part.
then in the middle of the song a guy raps. im not sure if is R&B mixed with rap.
But in the background you can hear like Indian kinda words while the woman is singing the part of the song I worte.
Video part: It starts with the indian langue again in the beging then the song begins and the woman begains to sing. Every thing is like goldish color and I "think!" I saw DR.Dre in the video im not sure tho. Been a while I seen video.Well tnx for anyone who can help me been wanting to hear this for a long time now. tnx!
