ID of old classic dance tune

I hear a track in work that I can't get out of my head; it's a dance track with the lyrics "Let the music take control....there's something going on(?) in your soul..". It's not much of a description but I've googled it to no avail. Any ideas?

Nah it's not that one....

There's a repetitive string in the background...it's hard to describe but the 'Something going on/wrong in/with your soul' is definitely the lyrics....it's really doing my nut in.....I'm checking out old mix tapes to see if I can find it. I'm kickin myself for not knowing it.

It's not as mainstream as the ones mentioned so far....but it is a male vocal.

Nah not them either....but I've just heard the track on the radio with no 'noise pollution'.

Right I'm closer to what the lyrics are now...and it's not a male vocal it's female.

"Hey, hey, feeling good in every way.....hey, hey, feeling good in every way"
&
"..and let me know....there's something feeling good in my soul"

That might help more and the track maybe more recent than I first thought but could be lyrics used in an older track.
