Need help with name of song PLEASE

Ok, This has been killing me for a week now.........

I have some of the lyrics at least the ones I can remember.......

The song talked about a black dress and it said I hate it when other men look at you. I hate it when other men talk to you.

That is all I got Oh and it sounded like Tom Petty but I have looked at all his songs and cant find this one.... Please help
