I heard this song on the radio today and i need some help figuring out which song it is. Its kinda old...

It starts with I was walking....(somwhere)... and then the chorus in the song repeats like papa-rara papa-rara papa-parara papa-parara papa-rara....

this song was famous quite some while back but i cannot figure it out...

Its sung by a girl.... and the elektro song is cool too....
