    Hi, I think its a song from the 80's-90's with a lot of native chanting/singing. Most of its chanting but there are some words, all I could make out was "dont care what people say". I usally hear it on my local weatherchannel from Enviroment Canada...

    Wild guess is "Crazy" by Ciara
    It's lyrics match the phrase you provided but I do not believe it has any chanting
    Try submitting your question to a Native American website (e.g., Nativeradio.com)
