country song from 1993?? that car? who sings it?

I'm trying to remember this very obscure song (a one hit wonder from a blonde woman i think) from around 1993 or 1994. It was on CMT so it's a country song. I don't know if it's called 'that car' or not but the lyrics go something like this: 'yes i know, that car, and what it's owner can do to my heart....it goes fast, but not far...i know, that car'. any ideas? it's probably a really lame song but for some reason i'm trying to remember the name and who sang it. Thanks.
