I've heard the song before seeing this commercial and i loved it then but i forgot about it till I saw this commercial this morning and really wish I knew who sung it

I believe its a target commercial but am not sure, the commercial is for Christmas and it has 2 songs mixed but this one the lyrics you do hear go

I know its rather vague but anyone have any clues ?
