Help! I have no clue!

Ok I remember hearing this song on the radio last christmas or the one before, it's sung by a girl/woman, there's not much or no acompanyment or back up vocals, and the gist of the lyrics were about a girl not being able to afford a christmas gift, and so she brought a bird, who ended up singing the first christmas song.

I've tried looking up on google under the title first christmas song but nothing comes up. anyone have any idea? I'm getting desperate!
