This is difficult, but need help

I'm trying to find out anything about this song. It's become a matter of pride.

My BF was downloading and came across a song on a home made "video clip" (Let's just say he has too much time on his hands!) Of course he now loves the song that plays over it.

All I know is that it is in German, seems to be a sort of punk/light metal and has the word "Superstar" around the time that seems to be the chorus.

I've tried searching for it, but as I don't speak a word of German and have nothing else to go on, I'm stuck. Plus we've got a bet going on it!!!!

could it be 'Rock Me Amadeus' by Falco.?... give it a go

Nope, just heard it. That's not the one. Someone we know had it on his MP3 player oddly enough.

The only way I can describe the bit I know is (How bad is this on a PC?) the superstar bit goes

"Starrrr, Su - per - starrrrrrrrr"

Odd I know.

I would have bet Falco was the one.
