Arrow "I Live Next Door To a Heroin Dealer" song

PLEASE, I desperately need to know who sings this song. I heard it kind of randomly and I love it, but I can't find it anywhere. This is only a part of the lyrics:

"I live next door to a heroin dealer, get high. (2x)
I live next door to a heroin dealer, right next door,
she's my neighbor.
I live next door to a heroin dealer, get high.
Every day I pass by her flat to get high. (2x)
Every day I pass by her flat, to shoot some dope,
smoke some crack.
I live next door to a heroin dealer, get high.
It's just so sweet for me, she lives next door. (2x)
It's just so sweet she lives next door, it's such a breeze for me to score.
I live next door to a heroin dealer, get high."

It goes on, but thats about half the song. Its very soft and almost folkish. So please, if anyone knows who sings it, it would be great.

Default About this

Geez people...it's not ghetto music.
It's not oldschool, its not new school.

It's an older Indie song, that I love.

but i suffer the same dilemma.

I don't know who it's by either.
