Wink 1990's Rap Song - I'm Trying To Find, but don't know Artist

There's an obscure song I remember from my youth that I'd love to find now and listen to once again. Unfortunately, I can't even remember who the artist is, or even what the name of the song is.
I remember hearing it sometime between 1994 and 1996.
It was performed by a Caribbean-sounding dude and kept saying "Bwoy-oy-oy-oy", descending in pitch each note. I think this was the primary lyrics of the chorus (I know, sounds real exciting, huh?). I can't remember a thing about the rest of the song, but I'd recognize it if I was ever to hear it again.
    Kinda like:
    Boy
    oy
    oy
    oy
    Four syllables in all.
I've googled this several hundred ways and have had no luck.
At this point I would gladly pay money to whomever can point me toward the correct song. I know I'm not recalling much useful information, but that's what 10 or so years will do to ya'.

    No, that's defintely not it.
I've browsed itunes until my head hurts and no luck. It's a song a friend of mine had on tape (yes, remember cassettes?) and we played it in my car back in the day. Unfortunately, with all the weed we were smoking, all I can recollect now is the "bwoy-oy-oy-oy" from the chorus. It's kinda got that Jamiacan twang to it, but it's not a full-fledged reggae song.

OK wild stab in the dark here - Milk Boy by Oliver Brown?

    (1994)

    Chorus goes:

"Milk Boy Milk Boy Milk Boy Milk Boy
Moo juice, I want it now
Moo juice, I don't care how
From a bottle or from a spout
Or slip me under my favorite cow
    Milk Boy-oy-oy-oy
    Milk Boy-oy-oy-oy"

If its what I think it is, it is not rap, it is reggae.

The song is Bob Marley - Buffalo Soldier
