This is an older song, popular in the mid-80's. I think the title is "It's Inevitable", as those are the most prominent lyrics that you can understand. It had a catchy tune and dance beat, but the lyrics were nearly incomprehensible. As a result, most people who are familiar with it have auditory hallucinations about the lyrics. The chorus sounds vaguely like "If you live in a boat, don't pee in the water".
