>_< This is driving me nuts! Help?

Ever had one of those mornings where you wake up with a piece of a song completely stuck in your head? And its even worse when you can't identify that particular song?
Well, that's what I'm stuck with this morning and its SO irritating!!! ARH!!!

Okay. So, this may not be of much help, but if you know it, please tell me what song this is from!

The words go something like (somethings) 'going down' (something) 'all around' and 'ee-EE-Ee-ee-ee'. (or maybe its 'yee'?) Its a really sweet sounding song. I know that much. (Yeah I know its not helpful. I can try and sing the piece that is continuing to play in my head and post it here, maybe that would help?)

I'm betting its probably a newer released song, but its driving me crazy that I don't know what it is or who its by! I KNOW I've heard it on the TV ... or the radio...

So PLEASE please please please if you guys can help at all, I'd REALLY appreciate it beyond words!!!

Style of song, male/female singer, featured music instrument (piano, guitar, etc.)

Ah! Right! Um... I know it was a guy singing (in English/American).
I think the featured instrument is a guitar, and I think the style of it was like ugh... um... James Blunt's You're Beautiful. Light hearted and enjoyable (sorry, I'm not very talented with identifying particular styles unless its really obvious, you know like the differences between how Rap, Country, and Jazz sound. Those are easy to identify, right?)
Also, I think it must be a fairly new song to the US radio, like its only come out this year. Not positive, but I *DO* know that its not an old song!
