Hip Hop/rap song - Need name and artist

I've been searching for the name of the song and artist of a hip hop/rap song for the last year: It has the following lyrics "Where is the love, (references to Father and discussion in the rap portion abouts wars and conflicts) The song has a real hip beat with female and male vocalists. In Los Angeles they have been playing it on moving 93.9. Its not a new song I believe its been out for a while.
