Pop/Rock/Current Popular Radio Song

I'm trying to figure out the name of a song and the group who sings it. It is a currently popular song on the radio -- rock/pop/top 40 stations. The group sounds like the group "Fastball"...but is not them. It is a male band. The song is about girl sneaking around with a guy...song chorus has the words "dirty thing" or "dirty deed" in it. The beat is kind of like Fastball's "The Way". Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
