This song is from 90's, I'm not sure when from exactly.
It's a dance or euro dance song.

The characterystic thing is woman singing:
"Watcha gonna do if..." and the accent is on first word, it is like:
"WATCHa! gonna do if.."

I'm not sure but the singer was black female and there might have been some red curtains or something like that in the video.

Another thing I remember it's bell sounds during some kind of bridge before or after chorus, it was like: "taaam da daaaam, taaaam daa daaaam.."
