not sure of song,need to find out !!!

There's a song from the 90's that started with a phone or cell phone ringing. i cant think of the beat or anything i just remember the beggining bc i would always yell at my students when they play it because i thought they had a phone in classroom. If anyone has any idea's pleaseeee let me know

I believe the song you are looking for is Trip to Trumpton by Urban Hype and the ringing in the beginning would be the fire bell.

It actually starts quietly with the Trumpton theme tune (which wouldn't have been heard through, say, personal stereo headphones but you would have heard the bell).

Of course, I could be wrong and if I find any different will post back.
