Peanut Gallery Tampa, FL "Beans"

Back in the '80s the Peanut Gallery in Tampa used to bring in some great small acts. Most ran to acoustic, blues. Most were probably from Florida.

This song, artist unkown, is stuck in my head. any hints would be appreciated.
