Old dance tracks?

Can anyone help with this one please? It's from the 1990s and it opened with a long tone........a woman then begins to sing an intro sort of echoing slightly but I can't remember the words apart from 'move your body move your body move your body.' The song then bursts into a dance track with a good beat and a guy sort of rapping a little throughout. It's a long shot but can anyone help please?

Also I have another one!!!! It's a dance track called 'Another Day' it has a really catchy drum beat along with the backing track sampled from Barber's Adagio for strings. Can anyone tell me the group please?
