Help!!

I'm tring to figure out what song this is. I can hum it but that does no good here so I'll try. The only thing I can remember is "Oh Gina ___ ____ ___ ___ ___ ____ oh gina!" I think it's an 80's song or early 90's. and I know it's not the stry cats. please help.
