    Okay I only know this part here goes...

    It's like kind of a rap/rock song. The verses are rap and the chours is sung.
    Help me please this song has been stuck in my head all day.

    It appears the song you are looking for was used as background music for the television show, "Survivor" (Gauntlet 2, Episode 16).

    You could try contacting the website for the Survivor TV show or even the user of the above forum (he may have figured it out).
