Let me start out by saying I heard this on a tv show playing in one of those scenes where there is no talking and you just see the characters doing something. I have no Idea if this song was just written for the show or if I can find it somewhere. I don't know the Name or Artist of the song but here are some of the lyrics:

    How could this ever happen.
    This unexpected blur.
    The futures gone.
All that's left to hold on to are the times that were.
    A state of desperation.
    A painful revelation.
A blood so red like i've never seen.
This cut was anything but clean.

There’s not a price to high.
    No matter would love pay.
If only someone could take me far away.
From the ache that bars my soul.
    Steals light from my everyday.
If someone would only take me far away.

Some of the words may be a bit off I was trying to catch the words off of the show. Also it was a male singer and it sounded like he had a british accent. If anyone has any idea what this song is please let me know.

The Song was on the Soap Opera "Guiding Light". It was in the show a couple days in a row. It's in the very beginning of 1/31/07's show.

I have no idea how old this info is; perhaps there's hope for those seeking the song. "Siewert's song [co-written by Angela Lauer and Tim Lauer] isn't yet available for purchase. Siewert, however, assures fans that it's "going to be featured in an [upcoming] big moment of the show." Simultaneously, 'Can You Love Me (With The Lights On)' will be available for download on iTunes."
