I'm trying to find this track, but I don't know the name. It's either minimal house or tech house track.

There's a guy singing monotone that says something to the effect of:
"Get on, get up, get down, get dirty"

Not much to go off of, but does anyone know this track? I've heard hawtin play it a few times.
