Aponderance man??

I'm looking for a song that I haven't heard since it came out.
It came out in 1990 or 91. I think the artist name is Aponderance man or that was the name of the song. I can't recall any of words ,but if you could help me out I would be really gratful

This song sounded as if an american indian were singing, and rapping to it.
I think the artist name is 'apondreance man' and the song was titled 'a pow wow'
