Solved: "Everybody seems so boring," "Thank God it's Sunday"

A friend passed a song onto me which apparently was mid-labeled as a song from the Killers' Sam's Town. It's not, but it's a pretty good song, and I can't find out who sings it.

Starts with a rhythm guitar followed by lead guitar riff, pretty upbeat.

A few lyrics:

The song's called Fearing the Weekend by The Scene East. They have a MySpace, if you want to check them out. To me, they sound a LOT like Head Automatica and a little like The Academy Is (The latter is a lot better, IMHO.) The scary thing was that I had the actual song "For Reasons Unknown" on my computer, and then it transformed into this one. I was unnerved, to say the least.

Thank you soooo much!!! I've had the same song for about 2 years now and I couldn't find out anything about it. I got it off of limewire Pro under a Killers song off of Sam's Town too!

haha omg i downloaded the same song n had the same prob cuz it was soo ovious it wasnt the killers...i spent like 10mins listening 2 the lyrics ova n ova trying 2 add enough 2 the google search thing hopping something would come up under lyrics..thanks i guess 4 posting cuz u helped me out 2 i now no the song
