Without you Song??? Do you know?

There's this song that I've heard back in the 90's when I live in the East Coast. It's called without you but I don't know who sings it. It was sung by a Male artist and its a fast song. Similar category to Collage or Stevie B. Pop music but with faster beats.

Lyrics starts off w/ something like:
"There's nothing ____ ___ like you and me.
I remember how it used to be...
There was no stronger? love."

And now .... _____ a memory " couple more lines

Chorus: "Without you Without you theres _<some super fast lyrics here>__ "

Yeah I have no idea since I was still learning English back then. BUT if there's an even small chance that someone out there heard of this song please let me know the artist!!!
