It's a female vocal...here are some of the lyrics I caught:

"We are flying high
say farewell to real life
there's no need tonight"

there is also a guy who says this one line, "there is no long countdown, ecx (?) is back on the tracks."

I've been looking for this song for a long time, so any help would be appreciated!
