My Mother

I am hoping someone can assist me in finding the name of the singer who has recorded a song titled "My Mother" I heard it on the radio recently titled, but I did not hear the singer's name and was unable to tell what the radio station was. The song is sung by a female artist who a very beautiful voice and the text of the song is very touching and sentimantal.

Thanks for the info about Tiny being the vocalist of the song titled "My Mother". I went to her web site and listened to the clip of the tune on her album. It sounds a little like the one I am looking for, but not quite. Acutally, I am really not sure if it's the right artist or song. Possibly there is more than one song titled "My Mother". Or. it's the same song, but a different artist. I still have to track down the words to Tiny's version of My Mother to determine is it's the right one. If it is, than I'll have to keep looking for the artist I head singing it on the radio.

Another was My Mother's Song by Benilda Beretta

It's not the one by Dean Friedman. I am not sure of the one by Benilda Berrata because I was unable to figure out how to get the words of her song without spending $10 and then maybe finding out that it's the wrong song.

I have been looking on Google and there are lots of different "My Mother" songs.
It is hard to track down unless you know any of the words.

There is one by Rowena.
One called Letter to my Mother by Edwin McCain.
My Mother by Hank Snow whch starts "You are just an angel and I love you" (that one has lovely words)
Also there is a very old one which shows the sheet music called My Mother' Song words by W.S. Peloubet.

Do you know any of the words at all? It would make it easier to track down.
