HELP!! Been looking for this Rock song since 1994!!!!!

I've got the lyrics somewhat memorized, but have been unable to locate them on any search engine. You would think the song was called "Heaven" because of the number of times it is in the Chorus, but I have listened to all rock songs titled "Heaven" and none of them fit the bill!
