does anyone know the name of the song that has a low bass beat and the lyrics go "Tick follows tock follows tick follows tock follows tick" etc, its bugging me

and google was no help

well i heard it on a LivingTV advert, but that must of been how i recognised it, so is that backing bass beat an actual song? if so what is it
