Catchy 80's song - "Do a loo" ?

I was listening to the radio and it said that they were going to be playing 80's songs all day, so I assume that this song is from the eighties, although it could be from the seventies as well.

It's very upbeat, and between the verse and the chorus, the singer says something like "Do -a- loo -a- do -a- loo " and something that sounded like "Ay ra..." and each word is about a quarter note and with each word his voice gets higher.

And then I think the chorus is something along the lines of "Come on Eileen" or maybe "Come on I'll lead"
