Anyone know this song?

Saw this video on tv but they neglected to say what the song or artist was called. Lyrics include "You're always keeping all your borders up" quite a lot I think and then there is a kind of bridge before the end that repeats

"you've gotta fight for a reason. what's your reason? you never cared"
