Help name pop song from mid-90's

Guessing anywhere from 1997 to 1999. A song about summertime. "summertime" may be part of title. Had heavy video rotation at time. I mostly remember the guy singing while on moped with girl on back, beach scene. Slow, melodic, whimsical tune. Please help.

Could it be "Steal My Sunshine" by LEN? The song was released around 1998 or 1999. I'm not sure if "summertime" is in the lyrics or not....but the way you described the music video is right on the money
