Question The Truth about Size Zero - identify song please!

Hi there. If anyone watched this programme the other night with Louise Redknapp and can offer help I will be very grateful.

During the programme she met up with Denise Van Outen and whilst that shot was on the screen, there was a clip of a song playing in the background. I haven't got the faintest idea who sings it (except sounds female), no idea what the song is called. It has been used a fair bit on tv.

It sounds like it's got a sample in from either Deepdish Flashdance, or Bodyrockers I like the way you move. And the only lyrics I know are "please (pause) don't turn me on.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME I have been trying to track this song down for ages and it's driving me nuts! Thank you.

It may be "Please Don't Turn Me On" by Artful Dodger

    Mmm-hmm
I mean it (I mean it)
Donīt say it, babe (donīt say it, babe)
    Hear me now now
Said ah, please donīt turn me on
    No, no listen, listen

Baby, wonīt you keep your distance
Youīre getting too close to me
    Iīve been feeling my resistance
    Melting away
But she said she wouldnīt mind
If I spent a little time
Said you were a friend of mine
She could trust me out of sight

    Now two bottles later on
And I think I stayed too long
    I forget where I belong
Saying please donīt turn me on

Itīs getting late I know I should be gone
Donīt push me īcos Iīm not that strong (no, no, no, no)
You can never make it right from wrong (no, no, no, no)
    Please donīt touch me there
Stop playing with my mind itīs not fair
When you know Iīve got another who cares
And sheīs waiting for me somewhere out there, yeah

Donīt say my love is too vermillion
    īCos sheīs everything to me
Donīt say what she donīt know wonīt kill her (ooh)
    Iīm playing away
Put your hands where I can see
Baby, you know what I mean
īCos youīre looking good to me
And you know I feel the heat
As you button up your dress
And I wake up in your bed
With a head full of regrets
Saying please donīt turn me on

Itīs getting late I know I should be gone
Donīt push me īcos Iīm not that strong (no, no, no, no)
You can never make it right from wrong (no, no, no, no)
    Please donīt touch me there
Stop playing with my mind itīs not fair
When you know Iīve got another who cares
And sheīs waiting for me somewhere out there, yeah

Donīt want to lose the love I have
īCos once itīs gone canīt take it back
You know that I want to
Donīt matter what I hear you say
I see the look thatīs in your eyes (no, no)
    Please donīt turn me on

Itīs getting late I know I should be gone (I should be gone)
Donīt push me īcos Iīm not (Iīm not) that strong
    (Iīm not that strong, baby)
You can never make it right from wrong (and oh)
    Please donīt touch me there
Stop playing with my mind itīs not fair (oh no)
When you know Iīve got another who cares
    (She cares about me)
And sheīs waiting for me (and she loves me)
Somewhere out there (and she needs me)

    Please donīt turn me on
Itīs getting late I know I should be gone
(You know I should be gone)
Donīt push me īcos Iīm not that strong
    (Iīm not that strong)
You can never make it right from wrong (from wrong)
Please donīt touch me there (touch me there)
Stop playing with my mind itīs not fair
