I need title or artist to this 80s song!

It sounds like either Kraftwerk or Art of noise but can't find it in neither repertoire. I thought the name if the song was "Russians" -but all that comes up in searches is for Sting. Mostly melodic no lyrics except for a few insertions of a russian sounding voice that sounds like it's saying "babusha, babusha". I know this is a common song 'cause I heard it on the radio the other day. Marked by a slow tempo with slow pauses and increasing synthezised tones.
