Default Found song on old tape - what's it?

On an old cassette I found a great song, and I would like to know what title and artist this is, because it has ugly quality (caused by the old magnetic tape cassette) and maybe I can buy the song in good quality somewhere.

    I've put the song here:
    http://www.mani.de/funk/WhatsThatSong.mp3

The text is something like that (it's hard to understand):

    -----------------
    When I'm walking home
I can see you at your window
I can hear the wind blow
    when I‘m walking home

    Won't you come on down
I can't wait to get to you now
Do the things you do now
    won‘t you come on down

Well, wouldn't you leave me standing out in the cold
with my frozen fingers close to the bones
It's no fun me standing here on my own
If you won't come down I'll just have to go

Well wouldn't you leave me standing out in the cold
with my frozen fingers close to the bones
It's no fun me standing here on my own
If you won't come down I'll just have to go
    And I'll be walking home
    -----------------

Would be great if someone can identify this song!

    Thanx
