Song by British(Australian) guys

Ok, there is this 'fairly' new song that i hear on the radio all the time, maybe form last summer on and i think it's one or two british guys (maybe someone else with an accent) that 'sing' but it's more like they are talking the whole time. I thought it might be arctic monkeys but I don't know... And, I can't really remember what it's about... I think about going to the bar... throw out some ideas, it will come to me
