Need help with a song i want to mix

Hey there guys im looking for a song i'd like to include in a mix can anyone help identify it.

Genre is a kind of techno, happy hardcore or soemthing like that.

"In my heart...i know you are the only one"

and then after a couple of those lines it goes to italian singing i think? The pitch is also a high voice.
